To promote higher education to realize the connotative development of Tibet, in improving the quality of education as the premise, we must take the path of characteristic development and needs the efforts in talent training characteristics. In order to cultivate talent characteristics, we need to focus on strengthening the following several aspects: education concept and educational ideas, teaching staff construction, mechanism construction, subject construction, the construction of campus culture, etc.
