摘要
近些年,我国教学质量保障机制主要以教学评估为母体,历经教育探索试点,改革完善、全面推进、逐步推广等阶段。根据问责理论相关学说,高校教学评估本质是强制问责手段,存在理念功利化、方式强制、主体单一等问题。在社会主义发展的新时代的背景下,内涵发展已成为高校发展的重要方向,亟待构建一种植根于自愿问责的新型教学质量保障机制与体系。本文结合质量保障机制的理论,探析当前高校存在的问题,提出相关的完善策略。
In recent years, China’s teaching quality assurance mechanism mainly focuses on teaching evaluation, and has undergone education and exploration pilots, reform and improvement, comprehensive promotion, and gradual promotion. There are problems such as utilitarianism, compulsory methods, and single subject. It is urgent to construct a new teaching quality guarantee mechanism and system rooted in voluntary accountability. Based on the theory of quality assurance mechanism, this paper analyzes the problems existing in higher colleges and proposes relevant perfect strategies.
