河北省高职院校产教融合的人才培养模式研究

A Study on the Talent Training Mode of the Integration of Production and Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in Hebei Province

产教融合是指高职院校根据所学专业不同,对该专业进行更好的专业知识实践的人才培养,把产业与教学结合在一起,互相帮助,互相扶持,把高职院校办成一个集人才培养、科学研究为一体的产业型经营体。随着我国经济的迅速发展,时代科学的进步,各行各业对于人才的需求量逐渐变大。产教融合也是为各大企业所需要的高等素质集一身的专业人才培养的教育第一步,更是对以往高职院校教育模式、教育质量、教育方法得到提升改善的一个突破口。本文主要通过产教融合对高职院校与市场需求的必要性,以理论、实践方式入手,对高职院校在人才培养与教育过程中存在的问题和企业对人才的需求,并提出了相应的解决方案和优化策略。

The integration of industry and education refers to the talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges according to their different specialties, combining industry with teaching, helping each other and supporting each other, and turning higher vocational colleges into an industrial management body integrating talent cultivation and scientific research. With the rapid development of China’s economy and the progress of science, the demand for talents in all walks of life has gradually increased. The integration of industry and education is also the first step in the training of professionals with high quality, which is needed by major enterprises. It is also a breakthrough for the improvement of the previous higher vocational education mode, quality and methods. In this paper, through the necessity of integration of industry and education for higher vocational colleges and market demand, starting with theoretical and practical methods, the existing problems in the process of personnel training and education in higher vocational colleges and the needs of enterprises for talents are discussed, and the corresponding solutions and optimization strategies are put forward.
