知识管理下的民族地区地方院校办公室管理研究

办公室是民族地区地方院校对外的窗口,同时也代表着地方院校独特的精神面貌,办公室在高校组织管理结构中既是基础环节,同时也处于学校行政管理的核心地位。本文就着重对知识管理理念下的民族地区地方院校,在新形势下教育信息化的进程中,如何将知识管理融入办公室管理,结合民族地区的特殊的文化背景和地方民族特色来进行阐述,认真剖析民族地区地方院校办公室知识管理信息化应用水平不高、民族地区地方院校办公室的知识管理创新相对滞后、民族地区地方院校办公室在知识管理的信息共享程度低等方面存在的客观事实。并对在办公室管理融入知识管理理念的必要性及存在的问题并结合实际给出合理化建议和改进策略,同时为民族地区的地方院校办公室管在进行知识管理方面提供有价值参考。

This paper focuses on the local colleges and universities in the minority areas under the concept of knowledge management. In the process of education informationization under the new situation, how to integrate knowledge management into office management, and combine the local characteristics and special cultural background of ethnic regions to elaborate for the local colleges and universities, the knowledge management application level of local colleges and universities is not high, the knowledge management innovation of local colleges and universities in ethnic areas is relatively lagging, and the objective facts of local colleges and universities in the minority areas have low information sharing in knowledge management. It also provides rationalization suggestions and improvement strategies for the necessity and problems of integrating knowledge management concepts in office management, and provides valuable reference for local colleges and universities in the ethnic areas.
