Research on the Way of Integrating Excellent Traditional Culture into the Party Construction at the Grass-roots Level in Higher Colleges

优秀传统文化融入高校基层党建的三个问题,传统文化认同不够,教育方法缺乏创新,顶层设计策略不强。论述了优秀传统文化对高校党建的积极作用,并提出了优秀传统文化融入高校基层党建路径,依托传统文化丰富党课,依托传统文化创新发展,依托传统文化凸显实践,依托传统文化提升修养,依托传统文化营造和谐。

Three problems of integrating excellent traditional culture into the Party building at the grass-roots level in higher colleges were investigated, such as insufficient identification of traditional culture, lack of innovation in educational methods and weak top-level design strategies. This paper expounds the positive effect of excellent traditional culture on Party building in higher colleges, and puts forward the path of integrating excellent traditional culture into Party building at the grass-roots level in higher colleges, relying on rich carriers of traditional culture, innovative development of traditional culture and highlighting practice of traditional culture.
