广东高校基层党组织作用的发挥,对于党的教育事业至关重要,但研究发现,广东一些高校基层党组织存在政治功能"弱化",组织与队伍建设"软化",党支部活动过于"虚化"等问题,为实现全面提升广东高校基层党组织组织力的目标,需注重发挥基层党组织政治功能,完善组织与制度建设,抓好"大学习、深调研、真落实",实施"联、蹲、结"党建工作措施等,为党的教育事业与实现中国梦提供重要保障。

The role of grass-roots Party organizations in Guangdong universities is very important for the Party’s education. However, the study finds that some grass-roots Party organizations in Guangdong universities have some problems, such as weakening of political functions, softening of organization and team building, and over-emptying of Party branch activities, in order to improve the grass-roots level of Guangdong universities in an all-round way. The goal of organizational strength of Party organizations should focus on giving full play to the political functions of grass-roots Party organizations, improving the construction of organizations and systems, doing well in "university study, deep investigation and true implementation", and implementing the measures of "joint, squat and knot" Party building so as to provide an important guarantee for the Party’s educational undertakings and the realization of the Chinese dream.
