摘要
为了更好地开展对外服务,我们国家必须将实训基地作为高等职业院校人才培养的重要因素,并且将实现社会服务人才培养相统一、相促进设置为实训基地建设的主要目的。在实际情况下,我国的高职生产性实训基地社会服务的主要对象为学校、企业和社会三个目标。本文通过对浙江邮电职业技术学院IDC实训基地社会服务建设中的实践分析,在提出问题的同时逐渐形成和构建一种集教学、培训、职业能力鉴识和社会服务为一体的,以开放、合作为主要形式的生产性实训基地。但是在分析中,高职院校应当在其实训基地功能定位、规划、建设、管理等不同方面做好相应的措施。
In order to better carry out external services, our country must take the training base as an important factor in personnel training of higher vocational colleges, and set the main purpose of training base construction to achieve the unity and promotion of social service personnel training. In practice, the main objects of social service of productive training bases in higher vocational colleges in China are schools, enterprises and society. Based on the analysis of the practice in the construction of IDC training base in Zhejiang Post and Telecommunication College, a productive training base, which integrates teaching, training, professional competence identification and social service, is gradually formed and constructed while putting forward the problems. But in the analysis, higher vocational colleges should take corresponding measures in different aspects such as function orientation, planning, construction and management of their training bases.
