绘画心理咨询技术在大学生心理咨询中的应用研究

The Applied Research of Painting Counseling in the Psychological Consultation in Colleges

大学生的心理健康工作是高校管理和发展的重要方面,"心理育人"体系的提出更是明确要求高校要加强心理健康教育工作的提高与创新。本文聚焦于大学生心理咨询工作,分析当前高校心理咨询工作存在的问题与挑战,着重介绍绘画心理咨询技术的特点及其在实践中的应用价值,最后提出绘画心理咨询技术在应用于大学生心理咨询中的建议。

The work of college students’ psychological consultation is the important part for the management and development of college. The mode of "psychological education" was proposed to demand clearly colleges to strengthen and innovate in the work of college students’ psychological consultation. This paper aimed at analyzing the problems showing in the work of college students’ psychological consultation, introducing the feature of painting counseling skill and its application value. At last, the suggestions of the application of painting counseling in college students’ psychological consultation were proposed.
