Group Counseling Strategies for the Integration of Craftsman Spirit into the Education of Model Consciousness of College Students Youth League Members

"工匠精神"培育融入到团员青年的"模范意识"教育中,有利于提高"团员‘模范意识’教育"工作的实效性,有利于动员广大团员青年把报国之志转化为实际行动。团体辅导具有效率高、感染力强和易接受的特点。本文探索了"工匠精神"融入大学生团员"模范意识"教育的团体辅导策略,使大学生团员积淀"工匠精神"底蕴,强化团员"模范意识",使之内化为自身品质,进而在青年群众中充分发挥先锋模范作用。

Integrating "craftsman spirit" cultivation into the "model consciousness" education of Youth League members is conducive to improving the effectiveness of the "League members’ ‘model consciousness’ education", and to mobilize Youth League members to translate their aspirations to serve the country into practical actions. Group counseling has the characteristics of high efficiency, strong appeal and easy acceptance. This paper explores the "Group counseling" strategy of integrating "craftsman spirit" into the education of "model consciousness" of college students League members, so that college students League members can accumulate the "craftsman spirit" and strengthen the "model consciousness" of League members, so as to internalize it into their own quality, and then to drive the young people around them to improve their overall comprehensive quality.
