教育改革的进一步深化发展背景下,高职商务英语专业教学的要求也有了提高,这就要求教师自身要不断提升教学的质量水平,从而能更好地适应实际教学发展的要求。而当前高职商务英语专业教师的发展过程中,还存在着诸多的不足之处,这就需要进行创新,如此才能有助于提高教学质量水平。本文先就高职商务英语专业教师应具备的素质以及教师发展重要性加以阐述,然后就高职商务英语专业教师发展的问题以及发展的路径进行详细探究,希冀能从理论层面的深化探究,为实际教师的发展提供有益思路。

Under the background of further deepening and development of education reform, the requirements of business English teaching in higher vocational colleges have also been improved, which requires teachers to constantly improve the quality of teaching, so as to better adapt to the requirements of actual teaching development. However, there are still many shortcomings in the development of business English teachers in higher vocational colleges, which requires innovation so as to improve the teaching quality. This paper firstly elaborates on the quality and importance of the development of business English teachers in higher vocational colleges, and then makes a detailed exploration on the problems and paths of the development of business English teachers in higher vocational colleges, hoping to deepen the exploration from the theoretical level and provide useful ideas for the development of practical teachers.
