摘要
本文以"社会互构论"为理论基础,从近年来愈发严重的高校学生干部官僚化现象出发,依托于多年高校学生工作经验所提供的广泛的现实基础,认为在高校学生干部的培养与发展过程中,既要认识到建构主体的多元性,也要充分发挥学生干部的主体性,逐步引导组织服务意识成为高校学生组织和学生干部的主流价值取向。
Based on the "Theory of Social Mutual-Construction" as the theoretical basis, and relied on many years experience in the college students as the realistic foundation, this study analyzes the rising bureaucratic phenomenon of student cadre, and comes to the conclusion: in the process of the cultivation and development of student cadres in colleges and universities, we should not only realize the pluralism of the construction subjects, but also give full play to the subjectivity of student cadres, and gradually guide the sense of organizational service to become the mainstream value orientation of student organizations and student cadres in higher colleges.
