新时代高职大学生择业观念的心理分析及调适——以飞机维修工程学院为例

Psychological Analysis and Adjustment of Higher Vocational College Students’ Concept of Job Choice in the New Era——Taking the Institute of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering as an Example

在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的引领下,社会呈现新格局,大学生就业问题越发突出,备受社会广泛关注。消极、焦虑、抑郁、恐惧等不良情绪侵扰着毕业生们柔弱而无奈的精神世界,改善或转变这种态势,就需要我们强化求职择业教育,加强思想教育观念的引领。笔者通过调查、访谈等发现高职大学生因求职择业观念偏差而走了很多弯路,耽搁或延误了求职择业的黄金时间。本文将在分析当下高职大学生求职择业观念的基础上,提出高职大学生择业观念调适的方式和手段,进而为其提供一些帮助或指导。

Under the guidance of the Chinese characteristic socialism thought in Xi Jinping’s new era,the society presents a new pattern,and the employment problem of the college students has become more and more prominent,and is of great concern to the society.The negative,anxiety,depression,fear and other bad emotions are intrusive to the graduates’weak and helpless spiritual world,to improve or change the situation,and we need to strengthen the employment education and strengthen the lead of the ideas.Through investigation and interview,the author finds that higher vocational college students have taken a lot of detours because of the deviation of the concept of job search and career choice,which delays or delays the prime time of job search and career choice.On the basis of analyzing the concept of job search and career choice of higher vocational college students,this paper puts forward the ways and means of adjusting the concept of job choice of higher vocational college students,and then provides some help or guidance for them.
