摘要 文本针对当前高职高专思政课青年教师师德问题进行阐述,从教师德教育形式过于单一、师德教育体系尚未完善、青年教师示范作用不理想、青年教师缺失理想信念等因素进行分析。探索出高职院校应积极改革内部评价体系,构建健全的人才培养模式、教师管理体系的措施,促进青年教师健康成长,进一步传播高职院校优秀校风、学风。 This paper elaborates on the problem of young teachers in the ideological and political course of higher vocational colleges, from the fact that teachers’ moral education is too simple, the teacher’s moral education system is not perfect, the young teachers’ demonstration role is not ideal, and young teachers lack ideal beliefs. It is necessary to explore that higher vocational colleges should actively reform the internal evaluation system, construct a sound talent training model and teacher management system measures, promote the healthy growth of young teachers, and further disseminate the excellent school spirit and style of study in higher vocational colleges.
