加强高校教师队伍思政教育管理,提高高校青年教师思想内涵,是我国高校师德师风建设的核心关键。对此,高校需深入基础教育发展,深度挖掘高校青年教师教育资源,结合青年教师思想困境,完善高校教师思想政治教育体系,并针对青年教师队伍思想政治教育难题,制定科学教育解决方案。继而,实现高校青年教师队伍思想政治教育水平全面提升。

Strengthening the management of ideological and political education in college teachers and improving the ideological connotation of young teachers in colleges and universities will be the key to the construction of teachers’ morality and style in colleges and universities in China. In this regard, colleges and universities need to deepen the development of basic education, deeply explore the educational resources of young teachers in colleges and universities, combine the ideological predicament of young teachers, improve the ideological and political education system of college teachers, and formulate scientific education solutions for the ideological and political education problems of young teachers. In turn, the level of ideological and political education of young teachers in colleges and universities has been comprehensively improved.
