Respect authority and morality: a study on the integration of law and German of clean government in shaanxi-gansu-ningxia border region

腐败是任何政府都需要加以防范的毒瘤。在边区干部和群众的共同努力下,边区政府取得了中国有史以来最好的反腐成果。边区政府从推进廉政文化建设和廉政法制化发展两个维度出发,促使边区形成了法德融合的廉政建设机制。新时代的廉政建设仍需要继承和发扬中共在这一时期形成的廉政建设经验,形成长效反腐机制。

Corruption is a cancer that any government should guard against. In the joint efforts of the border area cadres and the masses, the border area government has achieved the best anti-corruption achievements in China’s history. Starting from the two dimensions of promoting the construction of clean government culture and the development of clean government legalization, the government in the border areas formed a mechanism of clean government construction integrating the rule of law and the rule of virtue.The construction of clean government in the new era still needs to inherit and carry forward the experience of clean government construction formed by the CPC in this period, so as to promote the long-term development of anti-corruption mechanism.
