摘要
采用雨中人和自画像绘画投射测验对有心理困扰的2017年、2018年153名学生进行为期10周的绘画投射干预追踪研究。结果发现,干预后,学生在自我认识、人际障碍、焦虑和抑郁等心理问题上差异显著(p <0.05)。表明绘画投射测验对大学生心理问题的诊断和治愈是可行有效的,对自我意识的干预效果最佳,并能解决计算机施测中学生的随意性和掩饰性;对不同专业的干预效果一致;使用得当,能够在短期内解决学生的心理问题,提高心理承受力。
A 10-week painting projection therapy intervention was conducted on 153 students of grade2017 and 2018 by using the "drawing a person in the rain" and "self-portrait" painting projection test. The result found that there were significant differences in students’ psychological problems such as self-cognition, interpersonal barrier, anxiety and depression after the interventionn(p < 0.05). which indicated that the painting projective test is feasible and effective in the diagnosis and treatment of college students’ psychological problems, especially on self awareness.The painting projection test can reduce the randomness and cover-up of the students in computer test, and has the same effect on different majors, solve the problems of students in a short time and improve the students’ psychological endurance.
