摘要
煤气是钢铁生产过程中重要的二次能源,对煤气管网系统运行的有效管理是钢铁企业安全生产、提质增效的重要课题之一。基于水力学相关理论,针对钢铁厂煤气管网建立模拟计算模型,并针对某钢厂的高炉煤气管网开展模拟分析应用。实践表明,应用模型可以对钢铁厂煤气管网系统在正常工况及特殊工况下的运行特性进行定量分析,为煤气系统的安全运行及动态调节提供可靠依据。
Gas is an important secondary energy in steel plants, and the effective management of gas is one of the most important issues of safety production and quality and efficiency improvement in steel plants. The simulation model of gas pipeline network in steel plants has been established based on the hydraulic theories and applied to analyze an actual blast furnace gas pipeline network. The practice indicates that the simulation model is capable of quantitatively analyzing the operating characteristics of the gas pipeline network under both normal and abnormal working conditions, to provide a reliable basis for the safety operation and dynamic adjustment of gas system.
