生物信息红外肝病治疗仪对慢性肝病的影响

Biological information infrared liver disease therapeutic effect on chronic liver disease

目的探讨应用生物信息红外肝病治疗仪对慢性肝病患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月本院收治的50例慢性肝病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规治疗)和观察组(生物信息红外肝病治疗仪),每组25例。对比治疗后两组患者的临床症状改善情况及治疗前后的肝功能指标对比。结果治疗后,观察组患者的临床症状改善情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,观察组患者的肝功能指标ALT、AST、DBIL、IBIL、ALP数值均显著下降,γ-GT指标显著下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组ALT、AST、DBIL、IBIL指标下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但γ-GT、ALP、ALB、GLB指标无明显变化,差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组患者的ALT指标下降程度多于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对于慢性肝病患者,采取生物信息红外肝病治疗仪,可有效改善临床症状,提高肝功能恢复速度,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the application of biological information in patients with chronic liver disease infrared therapeutic apparatus the clinical therapeutic effect of patients with liver disease. Methods From February 2018 to February 2019 in our hospital 50 patients with chronic liver disease were selected as the research object, they were divided into the control group(routine treatment) and observation group(biological information infrared liver disease therapeutic apparatus), using the random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. Comparison of the patient’ s clinical symptoms improved after treatment and liver function index comparison before and after the treatment. Results After treatment, the observation group of patients with clinical symptoms improved was significantly better than the control group, there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the observation group of patients with liver function index of ALT, AST, DBIL, IBIL, ALP value were significantly decreased, gamma GT index decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Control group index of ALT, AST, DBIL, IBIL decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). But gamma GT, ALP, ALB, GLB index has no obvious change, had no statistical significance. After treatment, the ALT index of the observation group decreased more than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion For patients with chronic liver disease, take the biological information infrared liver disease therapeutic apparatus, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve the liver function recovery, has high clinical value.
