摘要
目的探讨128层CT的多种图像后处理技术,在胸骨及肋软骨骨折诊断中的综合运用价值。方法选取2017年3月至2019年5月本院收治的胸骨或肋软骨损伤患者78例为研究对象,将仅阅读常规平扫轴位图像得出的诊断结果,与多平面重组(MPR)、曲面重组(CPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、容积再现(VR)技术综合运用得出的诊断结果进行对比。结果 78例前胸外伤患者中,经常规CT轴位图像诊断胸骨骨折36例,肋软骨骨折31例。经多种后处理技术综合运用诊断胸骨骨折54例,肋软骨骨折61例,胸骨骨折合并肋软骨骨折37例,多种后处理技术的综合运用对胸骨和肋软骨骨折的检出率明显高于单轴位图像。结论 128层CT图像多种后处理技术的综合运用,可提供更准确、可靠的影像信息,对诊断胸骨及肋软骨骨折有极高的应用价值。
Objective To explore the comprehensive application value of 128-slice CT in the diagnosis of sternal and costal cartilage fractures.Methods A total of 78 patients with sternal or costal cartilage injury in our hospital were collected from March 2017 to May 2019 as study subjects.The diagnostic results obtained by reading conventional axial images of plain scanning were compared with those obtained by comprehensive application of MPR, CPR, MIP and VR. Results Among the 78 cases of anterior chest trauma, 36 cases of sternal fracture and 31 cases of costal cartilage fracture were diagnosed by conventional CT axial images. 54 cases of sternal fracture, 61 cases of costal cartilage fracture and 37 cases of sternal fracture combined with costal cartilage fracture were diagnosed by comprehensive application of various image post-processing techniques. The detection rate of sternal and costal cartilage fractures was higher than that of single axis images. Conclusion Comprehensive application of various post-processing techniques of 128-slice CT images can provide more accurate and reliable image informations. It is of great value in the diagnosis of sternal and costal cartilage fractures.
