中成药辅助治疗肺结核并空洞疗效观察

The observation of curative effects of cavitary tuberculosis subsidiarily treated by proprietary Chinese medicine

目的观察中成药(结核丸、利肺片)辅助治疗肺结核并空洞疗效。方法将2016年1月至2016年12月诊断的肺结核并空洞患者58例为治疗组:结核丸+利肺片+2HRZE/10HRZ 58例治疗12个月。2015年1月至2015年12月诊断的肺结核并空洞患者55例为对照组:2HRZE/10HRZ 55例治疗12个月结合临床症状改善情况。结果治疗2个月、5个月、8个月、12个月治疗组空洞闭合率10.3%、34.5%、82.8%、93.1%均明显高于对照组空洞闭合率5.5%、18.2%、45.5%、72.7%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗2个月、5个月、8个月、12个月咳嗽、低热、乏力、盗汗改善率分别为94.8%、100.0%、96.6%、100.0%均明显高于对照组的65.5%、70.9%、78.2%、63.3%(P<0.05)。结论中成药(结核丸、利肺片)辅助治疗肺结核并空洞有较好的治疗效果,促进空洞闭合。

Objective To observe the curative effects of insecondary cavitary tuberculosis subsidiarily treated by proprietary Chinese medicine(Tuberculosis Pill and Lung Benefiting Tablets). Methods 55 patients were treated from January 2015 to December 2015 as the control group: treated by HRZE for 12 months and combined with clinical symptoms improvement. 58 patients were treated from January 2016 to December 2016 as the treatment group, treated by Tuberculosis Pill and Lung Benefiting Tablets and 2 HRZE/10 HRZ for 12 months. Results After 2, 5, 8 and 12 months treatment, the synezesis probability of the treatment group is 10.3%, 34.5%, 82.8%, 93.1%,all data show much higher than the control group(5.5%,18.2%, 45.5%, 72.7%)(P<0.05). After 2 months treatment, the improvement rate of cough, low heat, weak and night sweat of the treatment group data(94.8%, 100%, 96.6%, 100%), were significantly higher than the control group(65.5%, 70.9%, 78.2%, 63.3%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Using Proprietary Chinese Medicine to subsidiarily treat insecondary cavitary tuberculosis can get good curative effects. This remedy can promote the synezesis probability of cavity tuberculosis.
