摘要
针对配电自动化终端远程运维的需求,提出了基于IEC60870-5-101规约拓展的配电终端远程运维规约,有效规范了配电主站与配电终端之间运维数据的传输,提升运维效率。文章介绍了远程运维规约的特点、规约构架、日常远程维护的正常通信过程以及发生通信异常时的处理过程,阐述了当前无线公网通信方式下实施远程维护常见的一些问题,并提出了相应的解决措施和建议。
To meet the requirement of distribution automation terminal remote operation and maintenance,this paper presents a remote operation and maintenance protocol of distribution automation terminal based on IEC60870-5-101,which can effectively regulate the transmission of operation and maintenance data between the master station and remote terminal unit of distribution automation,and improve the operation and maintenance efficiency.The characteristics and the structure of IEC60870-5-101 communication protocol is introduced,and the processing of normal communication process and abnormal communication process in remote operation and maintenance for distribution automation terminal are discussed.Finally,this paper expounds some common problems in implementing remote maintenance under the current wireless public network communication mode,and puts forward corresponding solutions and suggestions.
