井下废弃油井影响区域硫化氢综合治理技术研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对双马煤矿井下废弃油井影响区域采煤工作面硫化氢治理问题,在对硫化氢来源进行初步分析的基础上,通过超前探测确定了I0104105工作面马探31废弃油井影响范围内硫化氢的分布规律。根据对废弃油井的风险等级分类,提出了硫化氢的分级治理模式,构建形成了地面封堵治理为主、井下治理为辅的"堵、注、喷、增、降、监、护、撤"硫化氢综合治理体系。通过现场应用,实现了对井下废弃油井影响区域采煤工作面硫化氢的有效治理,确保了工人职业健康和矿井安全生产。 In view of the problem of hydrogen sulfide treatment in the coal face in area affected by abandoned oil well in Shuangma Coal Mine,based on the preliminary analysis of the source of hydrogen sulfide,the distribution rule of hydrogen sulfide in the influence range of abandoned oil well of Matan 31 in I0104105 working face was determined by advanced detection.According to risk classification of abandoned oil well,the hierarchical treatment mode of hydrogen sulfide was put forward,and hydrogen sulfide comprehensive treatment system of"plugging,injection,spray,increase,decrease,monitoring,protection and removal"was formed,which was mainly for surface plugging treatment and supplemented by downhole treatment.Through on-site application,the effective treatment of hydrogen sulfide in the working face in area affected by abandoned oil well was realized,and the occupational health and safety production of workers were ensured.
