摘要 为了强化煤矿企业落实安全生产主体责任意识,提升煤矿监察监管机构和上级集团公司的监管手段及执法效率,以行业相关规程、规范为基础,结合应用实际需要,深入分析了现有安全监控系统联网平台的不足,凝练总结了监察监管业务新需求,重新设计联网平台,完善数据上传规范。提出以"一张图"为基础的钻取、聚合可视化展现方式,并实现煤矿安全监控系统数据在线巡察和关联分析。在现场实际应用中,在线巡察大大提高了上级管理人员的工作效率,"面-线-点"的可视化方式也适合联网数据的组织和展示,平台可服务于煤矿集团公司和各级监察监管机构,具有较高的推广价值。 In order to strengthen the consciousness of implementing the main responsibility of safety production in coal mines,to enhance supervision means and management efficiency of coal mine supervisory bodies and superior group companies,based on the relevant regulations and specifications of coal industry,deeply analyzed shortcomings of the existing security monitoring system networking platform,to consolidate new requirements,and to improve the data uploading specification.This article proposed a visual display of drilling and aggregation based on"one map"to realize online inspection and correlation analysis of coal mine safety monitoring system data.In the field practical use,online inspection has greatly improved efficiency of superior management personnel.The visualization method of"face-line-point"was also suitable for the organization and display of networked data,and the platform can serve the group companies and supervision organizations at all levels,therefore,it has a high promotion value.
