摘要 为了系统研究散料输送系统转载点溜槽并规范溜槽设计流程,提高转载点溜槽的使用寿命降低溜槽运行维护的工作量,对常见转载溜槽设计生产及运行的问题进行分析,通过对溜槽设计理论和实际经验的相结合,提出了转载点溜槽的基本设计原则和规范设计流程,经过实际项目的实施和检验,最终设计出满足实际物料输送的高效低维护转载溜槽系统。 In order to systematically study the transfer point chute of the bulk material conveying system and standardize the chute design process,improve the service life of the transfer point chute and reduce the workload of chute operation and maintenance,analyze the common production design and operation problems of the transfer chute.Combining practical experience,the basic design principles and standardized design processes of the transfer point chute are proposed.After the implementation and inspection of the actual project,an efficient and low maintenance transfer chute system that meets the actual material transportation is finally designed.
