Search and Preventive Measures of Charge Level Indicator Trouble in Primary Dust Collector in Coke Dry-Quenching System

本文针对铁焦事业部焦片区干熄焦一次除尘料位计频繁故障的现象,致使生产岗位操作人员未能正常监测干熄焦工艺除尘内部积灰情况,并进行适时排灰操作,造成后续生产设备、环境等影响,通过对料位计频发故障原因进行探究解决问题.

Since the charge level indicator in primary dust collector in coke dry-quenching system in the coking area in Industrial Department of Ironmaking and Coking in Shuigang frequently breaks down,the production operators fail to monitor the dust accumulation inside the dust collector and thereby don't remove dust in time,resulting in disadvantages of production equipment and environment.The trouble of charge level indicator is removed by investigation of the causes of frequent failure of the indicator.
