本文概述了博弈论的原理,包括要素、类型和纳什均衡。通过不完全信息静态博弈模型,对招标人的招标方式的选择及投标人的投标报价的行为进行分析和求解,得出最终结论。并在此结论的基础上提出决策时的合理化建议。旨在促进工程招标中招标人和投标人为获得更大的利益而不断调整自己的策略,对招投标双方在招标活动中做出正确的决策提供一定参考。

This paper summarizes the game theory’s concept, including its elements, types and the Nash equilibrium. Then the selection of bidding type and the act of bidding are analyzed through the model of incomplete information static games, which draws a conclusion. Finally, the rational suggestions are proposed based on the conclusion drawn above. The purpose is to promote tenderers and bidders to adjust their strategies to maximize their profits and to provide some references for tenderers and bidders in decision making in tendering and bidding activities.
