基于“放管服”改革的食品药品检验检测能力建设的对策研究

目的研究加强食品药品检验检测能力建设的对策。方法查阅近年来国内发表的相关文献及出台的相关政策,分析当前食品药品检验检测能力面临的问题,从日常监管、能力验证、人才队伍建设、科研能力和信息化建设等方面进行对策研究。结果基于"放管服"改革推进和技术不断发展下,提出了加强食品药品检验检测能力建设的若干对策,为食品药品安全监管提供参考。结论为应对食品药品领域未来的挑战,需不断地、有针对性地加强食品药品检验检测能力建设,以实现科学监管,服务产业健康发展。

Objective:The Countermeasures for strengthening the construction of food and drug inspection capacity which based on the reform of the pipes suit was studied. Methods:The current problems of the food and drug inspection capacity were analyzed by consulting related literatures and policies in recent years, and the countermeasures of daily supervision, proficiency testing, talent team building, scientific research ability and information construction were studied.Results:Under the reform of the pipes suit and the continuous development of technology, some countermeasures for strengthening the construction of food and drug inspection capacity were proposed for the food and drug safety supervision. Conclusion:In order to respond the future challenges in food and drug fields, it is necessary to strengthening the construction of food and drug inspection capacity constantly and pertinently, and finally to achieve the scientific supervision and to serve industry development.
