中小物流企业核心能力影响企业绩效的实证研究

本文以219家中小物流企业为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方法,建立了多元回归模型,对中小物流企业核心能力对企业绩效的影响进行了实证分析。通过实证检验得出:中小物流企业核心能力中的基础服务能力与企业绩效相关性不显著,但成本控制能力、个性服务能力和软硬件能力均对企业绩效具有显著的积极影响。最后针对通过加强中小物流企业核心能力建设从而提升企业绩效提出了政策建议。

Small and medium-sized logistics companies are the most active and f lexible part in logistics industry. Based on the investigation of 219 small and medium-sized logistics companies, it identifies the main factors of the core competencies and firm performance through the method of Factor Analysis, and then analyzes the relationship between the main factors through correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. It finds that the correlation between the basic service capacity and the firm performance is not significant. It also finds that the cost control capacity, customized service capacity and IT capacity all have a strong positive effect on the firm performance, which indicate that small and medium-sized logistics companies can improve firm performance by strengthening the core competencies.
