摘要
人工智能对法律教育的冲击是一个系统问题,不能仅仅在单纯的法学教学范围内加以解决。面对人工智能的冲击,法律教育的内容应当转向经验和技术并重的体系,将法律教学内容转变为"法律+人工智能"的结构,建立具备相应的管理能力以处理复杂问题的人才培养目标。需要改变传统的法律教学模式,从法律教育的全过程做起,全面引入人工智能和法律教育的互动,构建人工智能驱动的主动型法律教学模式。
The impact of artificial intelligence on legal education is a systemic problem that cannot be solved in the isolated context of legal teaching only.Facing with such impact of artificial intelligence,the content of legal education should be transferred to a system that emphasizes both experience and technology equally and it should be transformed to the structure of legal teaching law+artificial intelligence.Further,the goal of training legal talent should be established to cultivate students'management capabilities to deal with complex problems.It is necessary to change the traditional legal teaching mode,starting from the whole process of legal education,comprehensively introducing the interaction of artificial intelligence and legal education,and construct an active legal teaching mode driven by artificial intelligence.
