政法的政治本质是法律人才教育的逻辑起点,学界的西方法律话语主导倾向是增强法律人才政治意识培养的现实需要。当前中国特色社会主义进入新时代,客观上要求消除"全球化意识形态"的迷信色彩,以马克思主义法律观为法律人才政治意识培养的根本指导,在"四个伟大"的统一中把握法律法律人才政治意识培养的现实需求,通过强化习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想教育、改革优化高校法律人才培养科程体系建设、借助"互联网+"手段提升教育培养效果、激发法律人才个人自我培养动力等路径,不断增强法律人才的政治意识。
