2018年法学教育研究热点领域与前沿主题述评——以《法学教育研究》与《法学教育杂志》为对象

A Study on Legal Education Research Hotspot Domains and Frontier Topics in 2018——Taking Legal Education Research and Journal of Legal Education as Research Objects

《法学教育研究》和《法学教育杂志》是国内外关注法学教育研究的典型刊物,以两种刊物在2018年度的栏目设置、作者信息、发文情况、研究主题等作为研究对象,利用citespace等软件进行有针对性的分析,能够反映出当年法学教育研究领域的热点领域和前沿主题。通过两种刊物在发文主题、写作风格等方面的对比,也能够反映出两国在法学教育研究领域存在的共性与差异,这种差异化比较对于探讨我国法学教育研究在当下存在的问题和在未来的发展具有一定的指导意义。

Legal Education Research and Journal of Legal Education are two typical journals focusing on legal education research at home and abroad.By using software such as citespace,column setting,author*s information,publication situations and research topics of the two journals in 2018 are analyzed,with a view to figuring out the hotspot domains and frontier topics of legal education in 2018.Besides,through the comparison between the two journals in research topics and writing styles,the similarities and differences in legal education research between the two countries can also be summarized,which is of certain guidance significance to the study on the existing problems and future development of legal education research in China.
