摘要
目的:探讨药学服务对糖尿病患者用药依从性及血糖控制的影响。方法:以2017年在某院收治的糖尿病出院患者为研究对象,根据用药方式分为口服降糖药组(A1、A2组)、注射胰岛素组(B1、B2组)、口服降糖药联合注射胰岛素组(C1、C2组),其中A1、B1、C1组为实验组,A2、B2、C2组为对照组,所有患者均给予相应的药物治疗;实验组在药物治疗的基础上给与用药教育、电话随访等精准药学服务。治疗3个月后,比较治疗前后各组患者用药依从性及血糖水平的变化。结果:治疗前,实验组与相应对照组之间用药依从性及血糖水平比较,差异均无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后,各组患者血糖水平均显著下降,且实验组均显著低于对照组,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后,A1组、B1组患者血糖水平均优于C1组,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后,各组患者用药依从性均显著提高,且实验组均高于对照组,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后,A1组、B1组患者用药依从性均优于C1组,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:临床药学服务可提高患者用药依从性,有效控制血糖,值得进一步推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of pharmaceutical services on medication compliance and blood glucose control in patients with diabetes. METHODS In this study, the discharged patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital were divided into oral hypoglycemic group(A1 and A2 groups), insulin injection group(B1 and B2 groups), and oral hypoglycemic agents combined with insulin group(C1 and C2 groups), among which, the A1, B1, C1 groups were experimental groups, and the A2, B2, C2 groups were the control group. All patients were given corresponding drug treatment;the experimental group was given medication education, telephone follow-up and other precise pharmaceutical services on the basis of drug treatment.After 3 months of treatment, medication compliance and changes in blood glucose levels were compared between the groups before and after treatment. RESULTS Before treatment, there was no significant difference in medication compliance and blood glucose levels between the experimental group and the corresponding control group(P>0.05). After treatment, the blood glucose level of each group decreased significantly, and the experimental group was significant. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the blood glucose levels of patients in group A1 and group B1 were better than group C1, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the compliance of the patients in each group was significantly improved, and the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the patients in the A1 group and the B1 group were better than the C1. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Clinical pharmaceutical services can improve patients’ medication compliance and effectively control blood glucose, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
