摘要
采取眼动实验的方式对煤炭企业新入职和有经验的员工进行生理测量,从学习者经验和展示方式2个方面分析安全培训的学习效果。将安全培训内容划分为陈述性知识和程序性知识,分别选择静态和动态2种展示方式,最终进行展示方式偏好选择分析。结果表明,学习者经验对安全培训的学习效果具有影响,即有经验者的认知效果更佳;对于陈述性知识,2类员工均偏好于静态的展示方式,而对于程序性知识,新手偏好于静态的展示方式,专家则对动态展示方式的选择偏向性。
The eye movement experiment was used to conduct physiological measurements on newly recruited and experienced employees of coal enterprises,and the learning effects of safety training were analyzed from the aspects of learner experience and display methods.The safety training content is divided into declarative knowledge and procedural knowledge,and static and dynamic display modes are selected respectively,and finally the display mode preference selection analysis is performed.The results show that the learner experience has an impact on the learning effect of safety training,that is,the cognitive effect of the experienced person is better.For declarative knowledge,both types of employees prefer static display methods,while for procedural knowledge,novices prefer static display methods,and experts have the preference bias of dynamic display methods.
