发育性髋关节发育不良(developmental dysplasia of the hip,DDH)是导致儿童和成人髋关节功能障碍的主要疾病,疾病的发生年龄从新生儿到中老年,诊断方法从超声波到放射学检查,治疗方法从闭合复位到切开复位截骨矫形。全世界对DDH疾病的诊断治疗研究不断深入,本文检索国内外DDH的相关研究报道,报道目前DDH的最新研究进展。

Developmental dysplasia of the hip(DDH)deteriorate the hip function continuously from new born to their adult life.The key point to halt the persistent deterioration is diagnosis and treatment as early as possible.The diagnostic methods might choose from ultrasound to radiology,while the therapies varied from closed reduction to open reduction and osteotomy.As the global research about the diagnosis and treatment of DDH keeps going forwards,the newest research progress in DDH was reviewed in this article after checking the variety of international literature.
