摘要
线粒体自噬是真核细胞中线粒体质量控制的主要机制,其受损时无法为细胞提供能量且易产生有害物质堆积于胞质内,最终导致细胞死亡。骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是最常见的慢性关节退行性疾病,大量研究表明线粒体自噬与骨关节炎的发病机制密切相关,线粒体自噬缺陷可导致软骨细胞死亡,细胞外基质稳态失调,软骨退变。本文将围绕线粒体自噬的作用机制对其骨关节炎的影响作一综述。
Mitophagy is a critical protective mechanism for eukaryotic mitochondrial quality,while compromised mitophagy leads to the inability to provide energy for the cell and leaves toxic substrates accumulating in the plasma,which eventually causes cell death.As the most prevalent chronic joint disease,osteoarthritis(OA)is characterized by progressive cartilage degradation.A great many studies indicate that mitophagy is widely implicated in the pathogenesis of OA.Defective mitophagy could lead to chondrocyte death,loss of extracellular matrix homeostasis and cartilage degeneration.Here we review the recent studies about the mechanism of mitophagy and its impact on OA.
