摘要
新时代社会主义现代化建设要求大学社科教师提供智慧和智力支持,为构建中国特色社会科学话语体系、培养社科专业创新型人才做出贡献,但是当前社科领域科研生产的矛盾存在于科研生产的纯真性与功利性之间、首创性与低贡献之间、守规诚信与行为不端之间、厚积薄发与"短、平、快"之间。破解大学社科教师科研生产矛盾的思路包括:一是坚持问题导向,回应时代诉求;二是回归本真,遵守规则,注重积累;三是从个人独作转向合作创新;四是创新科研生产评价方法。
Social science teachers in universities have provided wisdom and intellectual support for the socialist modernization in the new era,and also contributed to the construction of the social science discourse system with Chinese characteristics and the cultivation of innovative talent of social science.However,the current contradictions in academic production in the field of social sciences include purity and utilitarianism,initiative and low contribution,good faith and misconduct,spur with long accumulation and"short time,steady,and fast".The ways to get rid of academic production difficulties include:(1)Adhering to problem orientation and responding to the demands of the era;(2)Return to the truth,abide by the rules,and focus on accumulation;(3)From individual research to cooperative innovation;(4)Innovative methods for academic production assessment.
