师生协同教学的动力机制及运行逻辑:协同学理论的视角 被引量:5

摘要 师生协同教学是指教师和学生共同参与教学活动,学生的学习动机由被动向主动嬗变,教师的教学行为由预设向重构转向,教学文化由封闭向开放彰显。师生协同教学与协同学理论高度契合。师生的交互课程理解力是协同教学系统的序参量,是支配系统的动力之源;课程理解力与教学资源、教学制度、教学环境等控制参量产生协同效应,是系统由混沌走向有序的动力过程;自主、自动、自律的自组织运动是师生协同教学的高级阶段,是体现系统协同质量的动力结果。师生协同教学在运行中需要凸显师生课程理解力的关键作用,发挥序参量及控制参量的协同效应,实现教学改进过程的自动自发。 The cooperative teaching between teachers and students means that teachers and students participate in teaching activities together,students’learning motivation changes from passive to active,teachers’teaching behavior changes from presupposition to reconstruction,and teaching culture shows from closed to open.The cooperative teaching of teachers and students is highly consistent with the theory of synergetics.The mutual course understanding of teachers and students is the order parameter of collaborative teaching system and the source of power that dominates the system;the course understanding has synergistic effect with the control parameters such as teaching resources,teaching system and teaching environment,which is the dynamic process of the system from chaos to order;the self-organized movement of self-determination,self-determination and self-regulation is the advanced stage of collaborative teaching of teachers and students,which embodies the collaborative quality of the system The dynamic result of the quantity.The key role of teachers and students’understanding of curriculum should be highlighted in the operation of teachers and students’collaborative teaching.The collaborative effect of order parameters and control parameters should be brought into play to realize the automatic and spontaneous process of teaching improvement.
