高校教学同行评价的制度困境和出路选择 被引量:8

摘要 同行评价既是判断教师教学成效好坏的重要标准和衡量学生学习效果好坏的重要参考,也是优化高校教学基本过程的重要工作和评价高校本科教育质量的重要依据。当前,高校教学同行评价面临诸多困境,即同行评价执行制度、教学激励奖励制度、教学同行选定制度、教学评价运用制度等存在不完善或缺失,制约了高质量教学的产出。因此,高校要进一步完善教学同行评价制度的设计,着力激发教师参与同行评价的积极性和创造性,形成对教学的全面、客观、真实评价,促进高校教学的自我改进、完善和革命,实现教学对一流本科人才培养的关键作用与功能。 Peer evaluation is not only an important standard to judge the effectiveness of teachers’teaching and an important reference to measure the effect of students’learning,but also an important basis to optimize the basic process of teaching in colleges and universities and to evaluate the quality of undergraduate education in colleges and universities.However,at present,there are many difficulties in the peer evaluation of teaching in colleges and universities,that is,the implementation system of peer evaluation,the incentive and reward system of teaching,the selection system of teaching peer,the application system of teaching evaluation,and so on,which restricts the output of high quality teaching.Therefore,colleges and universities should further improve the design of peer evaluation system of teaching,focus on stimulating the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers to participate in peer evaluation,and form a comprehensive,objective and true evaluation of teaching,promotes the self-improvement,perfection and revolution of teaching in colleges and universities,and realizes the key role and function of teaching to the cultivation of first-class undergraduate talents.
