韦伯政治社会学理论视野下的高校学生创业管理研究

Research on College Students’ Entrepreneurship Management from Perspective of Weber’s Political Sociology Theory

德国著名政治学社会学家马克斯·韦伯建构的管理理念对当今的管理实践仍具有重要的参考价值。在高校大学生创业行为日趋纷繁多元的背景下,对韦伯管理思路及理念进行分析发现,制欲主义意识不足、社会认知不足、科层制度内在缺陷等方面是引致高校学生创业的监督难题、指导困境及资源约束的深层原因。在当前及今后的实践中,应充分坚持以问题为导向,既要切实将制欲主义价值观与创业指导相结合并对学生展开针对性培训,又要围绕科层理论优化学生创业管理机制并增设创业管理职能部门,还可从个体和社会的关系出发强化学生的社会意识并对之进行全方位管理,只有集成三维合力,才能更好地助推高校学生创业管理趋于科学化,并加快形成高校学生创业管理科学发展的良性局面。

The management idea constructed by Marx Weber,a famous German political sociologist,is still of great reference value to today’s management practice.Under the background that the entrepreneurial behavior of college students is becoming more diverse than before,referring to Weber’s management thoughts and ideas,it is found that the lack of appetite consciousness,social cognition and the internal defects of the subject system are the supervision problems of college students’entrepreneurship,and the deep reasons for guiding the predicament and resource constraints.In the current and future practice,we should fully adhere to the problem-oriented,not only combine abstinence values with entrepreneurial guidance,and carry out targeted training for students,but also optimize students’entrepreneurial management mechanism and add entrepreneurial management functional departments around the theory of department level,and strengthen students’social consciousness and carry on omni-directional management from the relationship between individual and society.Only by integrating three-dimensional joint force can we better promote the scientific management of college students’entrepreneurship and speed up the benign situation of the scientific development of entrepreneurial management of college students.
