基于煤矿井下用ZYW-6000钻机夹持器的研究

Research on Gripper of ZYW-6000 Drilling Rig for Underground Coal Mine

夹持器是钻机的关键零部件,以ZYW-6000钻机夹持器为研究对象,计算了相关零部件的重要参数,并通过Workbench分析了重要零部件的力学性能,从理论上验证了其设计的正确性;通过井下工业性试验表明,该夹持器运行可靠,夹持松开及时、快速,卡瓦无摩擦钻杆和打滑现象,夹持器关键零部件运行可靠稳定,无明显变形现象,为煤矿井下大扭矩钻机的设计奠定了基础。

The gripper is the key part of the drilling rig.Taking the gripper of ZYW-6000 drilling rig as the research object,calculated the important parameters of the relevant parts,and analysed the mechanical properties of the important parts through Workbench,which verified the correctness of the design in theory.Through the industrial text in the well,it shown that the gripper run reliably,the gripper loosen promptly and quickly,the cave has no friction on drillpipe and slippery phenomenn,the key parts of the gripper run reliably and stably,there is no obvious deformation phenomenon.It lays a foundation for the design of large torque drilling rig in coal mine.
