摘要
在全面分析现有铁路煤炭快速定量装车系统结构及工作流程的基础上,提出了现有系统实现全自动化存在的关键问题,即列车信息自动识别、自动连续装车、自动溜槽升降及防碰撞等。针对这些问题提出了针对性的解决方案,对促进铁路煤炭快速定量装车系统的全自动化具有重要意义。
Based on a comprehensive analysis of the structure and working process of the existing railway coal rapid quantitative loading system,put forward the key points of the existing system to achieve full automation.These key points are automatic identification of train information,automatic continuous loading,automatic chute lifting and anti-collision,proposed a targeted solution for them,which is of great significance to promote the full automation of railway coal rapid quantitative loading system.
