摘要
阐述了采煤机摇臂液压强迫润滑系统和螺旋泵润滑系统的工作原理,并从可靠性、维修便利性、经济性等因素进行了对比,并结合采煤机的发展趋势,得出螺旋泵强迫润滑系统更有优势,为大功率、大采高采煤机摇臂的设计提供了参考意义。
Described the working principle of hydraulic forced lubrication system and screw pump lubrication system for ranging arm of shearer,and compares the factors such as reliability,maintenance convenience and economy.Combined with the development trend of the shearer,it is concluded that the screw pump forced lubrication system has more advantages.It provides reference for the design of the ranging arm of high power and large mining height shearer.
