摘要
从我国大型露天矿采煤半连续工艺发展的需要出发,综合运用露天采矿学原理、采矿系统工程、技术经济学和机械设计等方法,对露天矿坑底破碎站工艺布置、结构形式、移设参数及对剥离工艺的影响等内容展开深入研究。最终以露天矿效益最大化为目标形成了破碎站坑下布置的工艺方案和适合新工艺移设要求的结构形式。
According to development needs of semi-continuous coal mining process system in largescale coal open pit mines in China,synthetically applying the methods of open pit mining principles,mining system engineering,technical economics and mechanical design,the process layouts,structural forms,transfer parameters and influences in the stripping process of the crushing station on the open pit mine bottom were researched.Finally,aiming at maximum benefits of the open pit mines,the process layout of crushing station on the open pit mine bottom and the structural form for the new process transfer requirements were formed.
