摘要 针对肖家洼煤矿综放工作面配套的ZF15000/23/38型放顶煤液压支架存在制约生产、存在安全隐患的设计和安装技术缺陷进行技术改造,先后完成收后溜千斤顶安装技术改造、排头支架邻架操作技术改造、排头支架可放煤尾梁改造、基本架脚踏板防滑改造、过渡支架四连杆延长改造、超前液压支架调架千斤顶技术改造。液压支架现场适用性改造可增加产量108.96万t/a,产生效益2.14亿元/a,同时提高现场安全性,减少机械事故的发生,实现安全高效开采。 Aiming at the technical defects of ZF15000/23/38 hydraulic support supporting fully mechanized caving face in Xiaojiawa coal mine,which restricts production and threatens safety,design and installation technology,technical transformation has been carried out successively,including installation technology transformation of retrieving and sliding jack,operation technology transformation of adjacent frame of bench bracket,transformation of tail beam of bench bracket capable of caving,anti-skid modification of basic frame foot pedal,extension modification of tail beam jack of transition support and technical modification of advance hydraulic support overhead jack.The on-site adaptability transformation of hydraulic support can increase production by 1.0896 million tons per year and bring benefits of 2.14 billion yuan.At the same time,it increases on-site safety,reduces the occurrence of mechanical accidents and realizes safe and efficient mining.
