摘要
为了解决特大采高支架随行式三级护帮结构存在的伸缩梁接顶差、操作复杂以及收不到位的现象,采用非随行式三级护帮结构,并针对该结构研究推导了小四连杆的几何和力学参数,研究了相关优化三要素。经过实算表明,非随行式护帮机构优点突出,适合大力推广。
In order to solve these problems of the super high hydraulic support with following three level sprag often have,the separation between telescopic girder and roof,hard to reach the original position and operation complexity the separated three level sprag was used.Then the geometric and mechanics formulas was derived in detail about little four-bar linkage for the mechanisnL Three related optimization factors was studied.By calculation it shows that the separated three level sprag has lots of advantages and should be promoting vigorously.
