摘要
滚筒是带式输送机的重要组成部分,它的使用寿命严重影响着带式输送机的正常运行,而轴承座又是滚筒的关键部件,因此对其进行系列化及优化设计具有重要意义。通过具体实例介绍了SolidWorks软件在滚筒轴承座系列化设计中的应用。利用SolidWorks软件可以使轴承座的系列化设计过程简单化,从而提高轴承座的设计效率和产品质量。
Roller is an important part of belt conveyor,its service life seriously affects the normal operation of belt conveyor,and bearing base is the key component of the roller,so its serialization and optimization design is of great significance.Introduced the application of SolidWorks software in the serialization design of roller bearing base through concrete examples.Using SolidWorks software can simplify the serialization design process of bearing base,so as to improve the design efficiency and product quality of bearing base.
