井下多系统融合分站设计

Design of Underground Multi-system Fusion Substation

针对《煤矿安全监控系统升级改造技术方案》中提出的多系统融合、联动要求,分析了地面融合应用中存在的不足,设计了一种井下多系统融合分站,用于解决地面融合控制时间长、井下同类设备重复部署等问题。详细描述了融合分站的硬件和软件设计,通过RS485总线和以大网通信2种传输方式分别获取本区域和跨区域的数据,实现分站级的数据融合存储及处理,按照联动逻辑配置进行计算,实现多业务系统的联动控制。目前,已将融合分站应用于安全监控系统、人员定位系统和应急广播通信系统,实现了三大系统的共缆传输和数据融合,在无主机条件下完成了联动控制、应急广播。

According to the requirements of multi-system fusion and linkage in Technology Schemes of Upgrading Mine Safety Monitoring and Control System,the shortcomings in the application of ground fusion was analyzed,and an underground multi-system fusion substation was designed to solve the problems of long time ground fusion control,repeated deployment of similar equipment underground.The hardware design and software design of the fusion substation were described in detail.The data of the region and the cross-region were acquired through R S 485 bus and ethernet communication respectively,realized the fusion storage and processing of data on substation level.The calculation was carried out according to the linkage logic configuration and the linkage control of multi-business system was realized.At present,the fusion substation has been applied to the safety monitoring system,personnel positioning system and emergency broadcast communication system,realizing the co-cable transmission and data fusion of the three systems,and completing the linkage control and emergency broadcast under the condition of no host.
