摘要
针对减速机齿轮箱要求减振性好、强度和刚度高及抗磨损性强等要求,以某减速机齿轮箱为研究对象,运用SolidWorks建立减速机齿轮箱三维模型,导入有限元仿真软件LMS中建立减速机齿轮箱振动噪声有限元仿真模型,对齿轮箱在某一实际工况下的振动加速度、振动加速度幅值、特性频率下的噪声及不同频率下的噪声分布进行仿真计算。仿真结果表明:减速机齿轮箱振动呈现周期性,在振动频率为225 Hz时振动噪声最大,为93.5 dB,最大振动噪声主要分布在齿轮箱上下箱联接部位;不同振动频率下,齿轮箱振动噪声不同;齿轮箱存在多个共振频率,设计中尽量避免共振频率。该研究为齿轮箱振动噪声的减小、强度和刚度的提升等方面提供理论依据。
Aiming at the requirements of good vibration damping,high strength and high stiffness,and high wear resistance for the reduce gearbox,taking a reducer gearbox as the research object,the 3 D model of the reducer gearbox has been established by SolidWorks and has been imported into the finite element simulation software LMS to build the finite element simulation model of the vibration and noise for the reducer gearbox.The vibration acceleration,the amplitude of the vibration acceleration,the noise at the characteristic frequency and the noise distribution at different frequencies of the gearbox under a certain working condition have been simulated.The simulation results show that the vibration of the reducer gearbox is periodic,and the maximum vibration noise is 93.5 dB,when the vibration frequency is 225 Hz.The maximum vibration noise is mainly distributed in the connection part of the upper and lower boxes of the gearbox.Under different vibration frequencies,the vibration noises of the gearbox are different;there are multiple resonant frequencies in the gearbox,and the resonant frequency is avoided as much as possible in the design.The research provides a theoretical basis for the vibration and noise reduction and the strength and stiffness improvement of the gearbox.
