轧机轧制线的校核与调整

摘要 针对联合轧机组斜楔与阶梯垫复合轧制线调整装置结构和传统计算方法,提出了利用弯缸实际伸出量与弯缸理论计算伸出量相比较的方法,可快速校验和标定轧机轧制线,为同类设备轧制线标高校验和调整提供了参考。 For the structure and traditional calculation method of the pass line regulating device combined with wedge and ladder mat,a method that comparing the actual elongation of the bending cylinder with the theoretical calculated value is put forward.By means of this method,the pass line of rolling mill can be verified and calibrated quickly.It also provides a reference for the calibration and regulating of the pall line elevation of the similar equipment.
