摘要
开工以来发生多起驱动辊未抬起导致撞辊夹坯事故,为此,采取了在PLC程序中加入联锁控制,在HMI画面上加入报警提示,在OS1上加入闪光报警提示等改进措施,避免了扇形段拉矫辊被撞坏而导致夹坯事故,从而提高了连铸机利用率和生产率。
The several accidents of roll collision and slab clamping caused by drive roll not lift,were happened since startup.For this,some improving measures are adopted,such as adding interlock control in PLC program,alarm prompt on HMI screen,flash alarm prompt on OS1.The slab clamping accidents caused by segment withdrawal roll collision damage are avoided.Therefore,the utilization rate and productivity of the continuous caster are improved.
